War�ow - a hardtuned network game in the FPS genre with open source, but proprietary resources. Developed by a group of enthusiasts on a modified engine QFusion, which, in turn, a modification of the Quake 2 engine, the source quote which id Software has released in 2001. The first public version was released on June 8, 2005.
War�ow specifically created for play on the network. It has much in common with games such as Quake World, Quake 3 mod Challenge ProMode Arena and a series of Unreal Tournament. The development team wanted to create a fun, fast, dynamic game, why preference was given to animated graphics, using a purpose-shading that makes the game more vivid with excellent visibility of enemies and levels.
